First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CI&T.

RH got in touch via WhatsApp and asked me some questions about myself and my experience. After that, the only step was an interview with the team, where they asked how I used the technologies listed in the job description in my previous roles.
- How was the back-end and front-end integration done?
- How were stylizations performed?
- What types of tests had you already performed and how?
Junior Developer
My hiring process was really structured and clear, which made it a great experience. First, there was an Online Initial Assessment where I had to answer some questions using my microphone within a time limit. I passed that, showing my basic skills. Then, I had deeper interviews. I spoke with HR first, and then with the Tech Team. The Tech Team asked about my past experiences so I could talk about what I've done and know. After the internal interviews, I met with the Client. This was important to see what the business expected and to show I fit the project needs. Once I passed everything, I got the job offer, which I happily accepted. I really liked the whole process. It was very transparent at every step and the information was clear. Everyone I talked to was patient and open, which made it a smooth and helpful experience.
- How did you utilize a specific technology in your projects?
- How would you approach solving a particular problem?
Junior Developer
The process was really cool from start to finish. There were some uncomfortable questions, but maybe that's part of it. Subjective questions not related to career or behavior. First, I had a resume screening, then a chat with the recruiter. After that, I talked with the same recruiter and two IT guys. Even though I wasn't approved, I want to say the whole process was very nice.
- Technical questions and questions about career perspectives.
- Subjective questions that I don't think made sense at the time, but it's part of it.
