IT Intern
The interview process has three stages. First is a cultural fit and English level check (not eliminatory but important since some clients are international). Second is an individual challenge with programming exercises of varying difficulty, some simple, others quite tough. A good thing is that even though I found it harder than other processes, there was no time limit. Finally, the third stage is a group challenge focusing less on technical skills (already assessed) and more on how each person collaborates and behaves in a team. I also felt it was a process that depended a lot on us and how prepared we were, which I find fairer than just AI screening resumes like many companies do. Even if they might use some AI at some point, I believe our preparation was the deciding factor.

Intern
There was a technical challenge with about 6 LeetCode-style problems, and we had eight hours to complete it, though more time was needed. The main issue was the group interview, where around 10 strangers were put together to take turns debugging and adding features to a toy project. It was EXTREMELY DISORGANIZED. Each person got 7 minutes to work on the project via VM, while the others discussed what to do. They said knowledge of the project's stack wasn't necessary, but it was. It wasn't worth the time, but that's how it is.

Internship
The selection process was conducted carefully and very well planned, making candidates feel comfortable and at ease throughout all stages. Additionally, several tests and group dynamics were carried out, carefully designed to assess not only the technical competencies of the participants but also their interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, and adaptation to different situations. The entire environment and the way the selection was conducted contributed to creating a positive and encouraging atmosphere, promoting active participation from the candidates.
