The hiring and interview process had two stages. First, I spoke with someone from the recruiting team. After passing that, I had another interview with a solutions architect. The initial stage was about my career journey and getting to know me. The second stage focused on specific experiences with technologies relevant to the role. It was conducted very smoothly, where the interviewer would pick up on points I mentioned about my experiences and ask related questions.

The recruiter contacted me on WhatsApp and we scheduled an initial chat for the next day. In that chat, I introduced myself and discussed my skills, and the recruiter told me about the company and the open role. Then, I was invited to the second stage, a technical interview with a senior developer and a business representative. We talked a lot about my experiences, daily tasks, tools, and processes. They also explained the product for this role and the work processes at CI&T and the client. The third stage was an interview with the clients, conducted in English with American clients, a senior developer, and a manager. The business representative from the second stage was also there. I again shared my experiences and work processes and asked many questions about the opportunity, which were answered. These three stages happened within 11 days in October 2024. Afterwards, I unfortunately received no feedback. I think they could have at least provided some response, even if it was to say I wasn't selected.
