So, the whole thing was quite a long, drawn-out, and unclear experience. After a bunch of calls, meetings, emails, and other messages, it took them three months to finally send me a WhatsApp message saying the client decided to cancel the position.

The interview experience was okay, but it was unclear what the expectations for the role were. The position was cancelled or replaced during the hiring process, which has happened twice now. It feels like they create roles just to gauge the market, and then cancel or replace them internally. I found this unprofessional. The technical interview itself was fine, with questions about my experience and some behavioral questions about the kind of workplace I'd prefer. Feedback typically takes a while, about one to two weeks, which might be too long for some.

It was the best hiring process I've ever been through, it was basically a chat. I was contacted via LinkedIn and then spoke with 4 people in a video meeting - 2 technical and 2 non-technical. Everyone was very cordial, transparent, and enthusiastic. I felt very good and very comfortable. Congratulations on how you conduct the process.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Could you tell me a bit about yourself?
  • What do you consider a good work environment?
  • What are your thoughts on diversity?
