It was an agile, humanized, and very well-structured process. CI&T's selection process is excellent and stands out for its organization and respect for the candidate. The stages were: Screening: CV analysis (AI). Technical Screening: WhatsApp interview with four technical questions evaluated by the team. HR and Technical: Interview with HR followed by an in-depth technical interview. Language: English tests or interview (depending on the role). Final: Client interview. Pros: Agility: Feedback between stages is very fast, which drastically reduces anxiety. Support: The recruiter was extremely helpful, empathetic, and available to answer questions. Experience: Compared to other companies in the sector, I give it a 10/10. I highly recommend it!

First, a recruiter chat to talk about expectations, experience, availability, and cultural fit, with some AI help to keep things standardized. Then, a technical interview, in English, where they assess your practical and theoretical skills for the role. This part uses AI to simulate real scenarios, problem-solving, and checking your technical thinking. After that, there's a final chat with a manager or leader to confirm your profile, make technical decisions, and see how you'd fit into the team, using AI-generated insights. Finally, you get structured feedback based on both human and AI evaluations, and if you're in, they send you the offer.
