The application process was a bit of a hassle, requiring an account with their ATS. Talent Acquisition reached out fairly quickly (about 2 days) to set up an initial screening. This first call was pretty standard, and the TA rep was nice. The interview with the Hiring Manager felt a bit rushed, like they were just going through the motions. They were a little confrontational when I asked about potential concerns with the company selling to White Collar Tech businesses, and their answer wasn't great. My impression from that chat is that the Hiring Manager might not have much experience interviewing, as the questions felt vague and not very intentional. It seemed like they either had already decided who to hire or didn't really know what they were looking for. As a CSM who advises SMBs on hiring and interviewing, this is my area of expertise, and it was a clear red flag that this leader is inexperienced, especially in the current job market.

The interview process was really smooth and informative. The talent partner was friendly and clear. I had four interviews, each with good, conversational questions. About 40-50% of the time was dedicated to my questions and a more conversational exchange. The company's clear goals, leadership style, and transparency were very apparent and attractive to me. All steps were clearly outlined and the company was communicative throughout. As an incoming people leader, I wish I had the chance to meet individual contributors before accepting the offer.

The interview process was so quick, comprehensive, and honest from the start! The whole process took a little over a week for me as I requested a more expedited process since I had a competing offer. They were more than happy to accommodate the expedited process for me. I had a phone screen on a Monday, 2 more interviews with managers, then a timed assessment to take from home. I was offered the position the following Tuesday, so overall it took 8 days.
