The interview process was really straightforward. We chatted about the job title in the dining area with the manager. Then we talked about strengths and weaknesses, and went over my job history. It wasn't too difficult.

It was a super simple interview process. They mainly wanted to know about my past work experiences and what I could contribute to the role. It was quick and to the point, and they specifically asked about my customer service abilities.

I was called in for an interview with the manager. It was a pretty standard interview, and the vibe was relaxed. After that, I was asked to come back for a second interview with the general manager the next day. We went over the same general questions, but they also added details about the rules and their expectations for workers. After the interview, they said I'd hear back within three days about their decision. I got the call two days later with the job offer. This place just got new management, so I'm not sure how much this will apply to everyone else. Group interviews might happen more often, and if you're in one, expect to dance around a bit and then answer questions about yourself.
