The first interview was pretty easy and didn't take too long. They started by asking me to introduce myself, then moved on to some fundamental accounting questions to check my knowledge, and finished by asking about my compensation expectations.

Staff Accountant
After I submitted my resume, I first had a phone interview where they asked me some basic questions. Then, the company paid for me to fly from Illinois to San Jose, CA for an onsite interview. The interview was just 3 hours long, and we had lunch afterward. It felt like an easy and relaxed interview. I got the offer about 3 days after I got back to Illinois.

Tax Associate
You'll start with a 30-minute phone chat with a partner. Then, about a week later, you'll have a 45-minute in-person meeting with a partner. It's a pretty relaxed process, and they're really nice people.

Accountant
As a college student, I applied and the interview was relaxed and friendly. They mostly went through my resume and past experiences. The owner explained the company's services and my daily duties. The interview was mainly to assess if I was a good fit for the company. I received an offer within 3 days.
