I interviewed with the District Manager in person and heard back the same day. Then I had a second interview with the corporate recruiter over the phone, although she didn't really interact much and just typed the answers. The third interview was with the Regional Manager over the phone. After that, I got a call back from the District Manager and was offered the position. The initial salary was low, but I negotiated and they offered me what I initially asked for.
