First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Christmas Tree Shops.
Customer Service Representative
It was a long interview with a test on navigating multiple sites, and the usual self-analysis. The interviewer couldn't answer my one question. Honestly, I should have just stayed at my old job instead of dealing with this. This is the second time CTS has offered me a job.
- When is it appropriate to call out of work or be late?
Customer Service Associate
Sent in my resume and got an email the next day for an interview. It was a really chill and easy interview, super relaxed. Just simple questions, and the whole thing took about 26 minutes. I got some drug test paperwork and they said I'd hear back by the end of the next day. They mentioned 4 weeks of training, and the only shifts available were 3pm-midnight or 6pm-midnight.
- Can you describe a policy from your last job that you didn't see eye-to-eye with?
Customer Service Representative
I had a one-on-one interview with the hiring manager. We were in a private office. I gave them my resume and they asked me some questions about my previous retail job experience. I got a call back the next day.
- What actions would you take if a customer complained about merchandise and was insistent, refusing any resolution?
