I had an interview with the Director of my department. It was a two-part process: a phone interview first, then the main interview was on Teams. Most of the questions were about the specific job I was applying for. They also asked about how my current role related to the future position. My interviewer was really easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable.

It was easy and fast. The managers and recruiters were very friendly. Everything happened quickly. They made me feel comfortable during the interview. I had lots of chances to ask my questions. They called me back the same day I interviewed.

I applied to every opening that fit my new grad experience. I got an email to do a timed assessment with general agree/disagree questions and a lot of math. Then a recruiter called me to do a transcribed interview. After that, another recruiter interviewed me for a specific job. A secretary for a nurse manager then called me to schedule a face-to-face interview. This interview had the nurse manager, charge nurse, and assistant manager. It lasted an hour and included a tour of the floor. I was one of twenty applicants and was told a decision would be made by the end of the week, but I never heard back after two weeks.
