The interview process was very good. It was a really open and honest conversation, and it even included prayer at the end. Even though I didn't get hired, I still think this company is a great place to work. They do a great job serving people, and it seems like most of the employees are really happy there.

The interview process was fair, though the interview with the hiring manager felt a bit off and didn't quite meet expectations. It wasn't terrible overall, but could have been better if there were more questions about the actual job responsibilities. I felt rushed during the hiring manager interview.

Behavioral Presentation

So after applying, I had to do this HireVue thing, which was super annoying, with like 9 recorded video answers. Then I got interviews and they were panel style, which was really intimidating. The panel members were cold and made it uncomfortable. No smiles, no nods. They just asked questions rapidly and robotically. It was a bad experience. My advice is to be kinder and more welcoming, especially to new grads.

Behavioral Presentation

Applied in Feb 2022. Had an HR phone meeting in March, then a zoom meeting in April. Got final notification end of May. HR screening went fine - asked about my experience with multiple populations, public health interventions, evaluation, why I was interested in the position and CC, and if I would relocate. They also asked about my years of research experience and education before asking about my desired salary (I asked for their range first). They asked me to email my CV and writing samples after the HR meeting. They sent benefit info by email before the team zoom meeting. The 60 min zoom meeting had three team members where I had to present a study I conducted in 10 min. The meeting felt rushed and awkward as team members interrupted each other. It was also weird that the team didn't seem to have answers to basic questions about the position and had to explain concepts I already have degrees in. The team seemed uninterested in my presentation and honestly, I knew I wouldn't want to work there by that point, even if offered. They also asked about my education, work experience, experiences with diverse populations, and research/evaluation experience. I was told I'd hear back in a few weeks and forgot to withdraw my application.
