I interviewed for the Assistant Boutique Manager position back in August. Honestly, the whole experience was pretty disappointing. The interviewer wasn't exactly the friendliest, and it felt more like a business transaction than a real conversation. They said I'd get updates, but then I heard nothing for over four weeks. I sent a few polite follow-ups, even offering to be considered for a Sales Associate role since I was so flexible, but never got any real response or closure. It was surprising, considering it's a luxury brand that's all about client experience and professionalism, to be treated with such a lack of communication and courtesy. Waiting a whole month without any news, especially after being told I'd hear back, felt really disrespectful of my time and effort. The whole process just seemed to drag on and be dismissive, which isn't what you'd expect from a place like Christian Louboutin.

The first interview was a recruiter call where they asked me some questions.

I applied online for a sales job about two months ago and got an email two days later for a Skype interview. They wanted to see me on camera, but I couldn't see them, which felt weird and like they were just judging my looks. Then I had a second interview, face to face. I thought it would be with a manager, but it was another HR person who asked the same questions as before and said she'd let me know. Three days later, I went to London for a third interview with the area manager, visual manager, and store manager. We were kept waiting a long time and then crammed into a fitting room for the interview, which was pretty unprofessional. The questions were okay and they were nice, but after three interviews, preparing a presentation, and spending money on travel for a sales associate role, I never heard back. Not even an email saying I didn't get the job. It was disrespectful and unprofessional, and I have a bad impression of the company now.
