First there was a phone interview with an HR intern who just called and started interviewing without scheduling. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager at the Paris office. After that second interview, where I traveled to Paris from another location, they promised to send me a task to show my skills. Two weeks passed with no news or task. I tried contacting HR and the hiring manager multiple times by phone and email, but got no response. It showed a complete lack of respect for candidates, their professionalism, and their attitude towards people who spend time and money to prepare and interview.

The interview felt like it went well. I talked to both HR and the manager of the role and had nice talks with both of them while there. The HR representative said that I would receive feedback one way or another if I got the job or didn't but never received any feedback. I have emailed them twice and attempted to even call the number provided in their email but have received no feedback as promised. Very disappointed because the job and the atmosphere felt really good just wish I wasn't ghosted when I was promised feedback.

Applied via referral and it was pretty straightforward. The hiring manager reached out, and we had one interview, then a technical test. The interview focused on my background, skills, and what motivates me. The technical test was related to MS Excel.
