Behavioral Other

I went through a typical interview process, starting with a recruiter call and then speaking with the hiring manager. I noticed some red flags regarding high turnover, the percentage of reps hitting quota, the On-Target Earnings (OTE) being lower than the market rate, and the leadership team seemed inexperienced.

Behavioral Technical

I had some great interviews and really enjoyed meeting with the recruiter and the team. Unfortunately, after a few rounds of interviews, I was completely ghosted. I tried to reach out to both the recruiter and hiring manager for an update a few times and never heard back. I do believe that all candidates who have progressed through a few rounds of interviews deserve a response. It really impacted my experience as a candidate, which is disappointing as I loved meeting the team.

I submitted my application online and a recruiter called me for a screening. Then I had a phone interview with my manager. After that, they scheduled a panel interview with everyone I needed to meet a few days later. The very next day, they called me with an offer, and the written offer arrived a few days after that. This was the fastest and most organized interview process I've experienced, with great communication throughout.
