Project Manager
Standard interview questions, situational questions, nothing too complicated. Related/Relevant experience is required and is something that they hone in the most. Once you get to the interview stage, the process is much more relaxed.
- How does your previous experience translate with our company's culture?
Marketing Project Manager
Got a call for an interview a few weeks after applying on the company website. The HR manager followed up with an email and the interview schedule. I knew who I'd be talking to and that it would be a half-day thing. I interviewed with the HR manager who called me, the hiring manager, someone currently in the role, and both the marketing director and HR director. Everyone was punctual, had reviewed my resume beforehand, and had specific questions prepared.
- Can you discuss your past roles, what aspects you enjoyed, and where you performed best?
- What are some of your key achievements?
- What have been the most significant challenges you've faced?
Project Manager
I had a phone interview with the recruiter first, then an initial interview with the recruiter and my potential manager and team. After that, there was a second interview with a larger group of people, and I also had to submit a writing sample.
- Tell me about your experience in the travel and hospitality sectors.
