Behavioral Case Presentation

It was quite extensive but so unique; I had 5 calls I believe and each one was great because the people leading those calls were brilliant and yet cool, so the conversations were always interesting and enjoyable. I had only a couple with the same person, but it was fantastic to meet different people along the process, each one w/ either a philosophical, analytical or behavioral take to questions. They were never dull nor too complicated; just hard enough to get you thinking and feeling.

Behavioral Case

I interviewed with a guy who was unprofessional and kinda condescending. His colleagues were in the background laughing while making coffee. He asked me some questions about myself, then asked how Choco makes money. I didn't know the answer because their website says 'no fees, no hidden catches.' I guessed for about 3 minutes, and he finally gave me the answer in an arrogant way. The questions weren't even related to the job, and I felt really humiliated after the virtual meeting.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The process started off well with good communication. The recruitment team seemed eager to expedite the hiring, adding an extra interview, bringing the total to five for this sales role. However, I was rejected via email overnight. I asked for feedback to help improve my interviewing skills but haven't heard back, which is disappointing given my positive impression of the company.
