3 different rounds, and the final round were decision-makers. They said I made it good but decided to stick with an internal candidate. It was okay I guess, well-defined and good.

The hiring process moved quickly and efficiently. I was contacted directly via LinkedIn, and we had an initial discussion about the position with the hiring manager. They provided details about the business and the role's requirements. Following that, I had a conversation with a peer who is also a Talent Acquisition Manager. They shared insights into their daily responsibilities, which led to a candid discussion about potential challenges at Choco. The final interview was with the HR Business Partner in Spain, focusing on Choco's culture and values. This person was very open and listened well. Overall, it was a positive experience, with a clear overview of the job and necessary skills, and the process was completed swiftly.

The interview process was smooth and friendly, and it moved pretty quickly overall. There were some communication delays caused by the tech layoffs, but that was understandable. The interviewers tended to talk a lot more than the candidate, focusing more on conveying their message than on learning about the candidate.
