Customer Success Manager
I interviewed twice at Choco, in 2022 and 2024. Both times I had at least 2 interviews and was progressing, but then they ghosted me. The second time, they did let me know they weren't moving forward, but I never got a response after asking for feedback. I don't know why I'm not a good fit or what I could have done better. It seems unprofessional and unacceptable that no one gives feedback. I spoke with different people each time, so it appears to be their standard company practice. Not impressed.

Customer Success Manager
It was a 4-round hybrid interview process. The first round was a 30-minute screening with the talent manager. Then, a 30-minute interview session with the lead. After that, a 45-minute case study with mid-level management. Finally, a 30-minute interview session with senior leadership. The pros were that the interview process was very intentional, with a diverse group of team members who were knowledgeable, kind, and passionate about the company's mission, culture, and people. The cons were that the final round interviewing manager (a senior level director) seemed cavalier about passion for the company's success, vision, and integrity, which felt conflicting. They were not making eye contact or showing empathy, which is appreciated from someone who has interviewed many candidates. This final interview experience made me realize I did not want to work for the organization.
- Develop a project plan for a client account that is at risk due to internal issues affecting its success and adoption.
Customer Success Manager
The interview process was quick and organized. It started with a recruiter call to sort out logistics. Then there were three more interviews: one with the hiring manager, another with a different manager, and finally with the head of the region. All interviewers were friendly and focused on my experience.
- Why are you interested in working for Choco?
