First, a call with HR to screen me. Then, about an hour-long call with the Teamleader, where he asked 4 main questions. This part was tough because he was looking for something very specific. Finally, a call with the Director.

Behavioral

The interview process was really drawn out and honestly not that professional. I had an initial interview, and then had to wait three whole weeks for the next one. The person I interviewed with the second time around was actually new to the company and just asked me the same old boring interview questions. They didn't seem very motivated, and I didn't appreciate their arrogant attitude or the way they spoke to me.

Behavioral Case

So after the first phone screen where we talked about general interest, why Choco, and my background, I had an in person interview with two people. Then I had to complete a case, which they said would take two hours but it really took way longer than that. After that, I had a phone interview with the COO and then another phone interview with the CEO.
