It was a great experience. The interviewer was friendly and the conversation was easy. They were very communicative and detailed about the next steps. Nothing else to add really, just a nice experience and very transparent. The global team means time zones are a little weird but otherwise a really nice experience.

The interviewer was very unprofessional. They couldn't communicate well and didn't even show up for our scheduled interview. No apology was given, and instead, I got an excuse that felt like gaslighting.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty fast. I missed the second stage technical interview because the manager was unavailable, so my second call was a casual chat with the general manager. He ended our call early, and it seemed like he'd already decided about me before I could even share my background and what I'm interested in. He didn't ask anything about my technical skills or interests, only about my personality. I got rejected a few days later with feedback that I didn't showcase my skills/interests well, and the GM didn't think I was resilient enough. They also said the sales manager and GM enjoyed getting to know me, even though I never met the sales manager? This makes it seem like they made a decision before the interview even started. It makes me wonder why they bothered scheduling a call. I also don't understand how they assessed my skills and interests when they didn't ask any questions about them. I wouldn't recommend applying here because they seem to want people who fit a very specific mold, and you can't bring in different experiences or grow within the company.
