The interview process was incredibly unprofessional and disorganized from start to finish. It began with a brief 20-30 minute call with HR, followed by a 40-minute interview with four team members via Microsoft Teams two weeks later. After that, there was complete silence for four weeks—no updates, no communication, just radio silence. Then, out of nowhere, I received a voicemail saying they wanted to schedule a "second interview" and were still interested in me for the position. At that point, it felt like I was already in my third interview. I chose not to respond, as the four-week delay without any explanation seemed completely unprofessional. Two days later, they sent an email saying they had selected another candidate—but that the job posting was now reopened. It seemed like they were trying to retaliate because I did not answer. The whole experience made it clear that the department didn’t seem to know what they were doing. There was a total lack of communication and coordination, which reflected poorly on their internal processes. It was frustrating and gave the impression that they were either disorganized or simply didn’t care about treating candidates professionally. That kind of environment is not one I’m willing to work in. Also During the interview they were more than 10 minutes late.

I applied online and then got an email for a phone interview with a talent specialist. She told me about the in-person interview which was about a week later. The interview included a knowledge check test, clinical scenarios, and a unit tour. It was with other candidates, which was kinda nerve-wracking, but the staff were nice. It was a tough but thorough process. I heard back with a rejection email about 1.5 weeks later.

Had a panel interview with eight people, nurse managers and floor nurses. It wasn't as scary as it sounds because they were all really nice and welcoming. They asked behavioral questions I wasn't expecting. It was my first nursing interview, so I was super nervous, but it was still a good experience even though I didn't get an offer.
