Intern Easy Positive experience No offer

The interview process was really simple and clear communication. It could have been quicker to get the results, but it was good. The interviewers were friendly and the questions weren't too challenging.

The HR interview was followed by a redirection to a hiring team interview. I spoke with a nice HR Talent Recruiter, but it took about a month to hear back after my initial application. The whole process from application to offer took 5 weeks.

I first applied on the company's site. Then, I had a 30-minute phone chat with a recruiter. She asked me general questions about my skills, interests, and experiences. After our interview, the recruiter sent my application and notes to the regional hiring managers (twelve positions available). Unfortunately, I didn't get selected by a manager. If a manager had chosen me, I would have moved on to a second round interview.
