Graduate Trainee
First, a recruiter will give you a quick call or email, usually 15-20 minutes. They'll check if you're still interested, what your salary expectations are, if you can work here, and if your resume matches the job. Then, your potential boss will do a phone screen. It's similar to the recruiter call but they'll ask more about your experience and skills to see if you're a good fit for the next stage.
- Can you introduce yourself and provide an overview of your background?
Graduate Trainee
The process was long and the communication wasn't great, taking about 3 months from application to the final interview. It started with online written tests covering aptitude, email writing, and English. Then there were two interviews: the first with the country head of the department I selected, and the second with the country or regional head, which was the final interview. I went through all the stages and they said they'd get back to me, but then there was radio silence, which was very frustrating. I tried reaching out but got no response. I would have preferred a formal rejection rather than going through the whole process and then being ghosted.
- Can you tell me about your CV and resume?
- What motivates you?
- Do you know anything technical about our company and products?
Graduate Trainee
I did a group discussion, then an individual topic discussion, and then had to pick one person to eliminate and explain my reasoning. I think I passed because the topic I selected was directly related to my field of study, and the other members weren't as familiar with it, which allowed me to speak extensively on it.
- Select an individual for elimination and provide justification for your choice.
