after submitting my application, I got a phone call about two weeks later to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 45 minutes, during which we discussed my education, experience, and activities. The HR person also asked for my thoughts on the stock markets. The final round involved an in-person interview in Beijing where I spoke with an IBD manager. She was friendly and the interview was straightforward.

first, they went through my CV. second, they asked 3-4 questions about my previous experience. third, they confirmed my availability. fourth, there was a second interview with more detailed questions. finally, I had the VP interview, and then received an offer on the third day.
