So, the interview process involved some questions about financial statements (like balance sheet, cash flow statement, income statement), and they asked about my previous internship experience (like detailed operation details in my last internship), plus a self-description. It was just one round, lasting about 15 minutes.

So the first round was with some department colleagues, we did an intro and some financial technical questions. Then HR had the second round, mostly behavioral stuff. The department head did the third round, digging deeper into my resume, especially my internships, and asking about stock evaluation. The last round was with the CEO.

So, your supervisor, who will also be your mentor, usually interviews you. After your resume gets accepted, they'll give you a call to set up the interview. You'll first need to prepare a case study based on what the team's currently working on. You should talk about what you think the topic is, give some background, and share your own ideas. This shows you can pick up new stuff and use it. They'll also ask about your past experiences from your resume, so make sure to explain them well and link them to the case you prepped. This is to see how your skills can help their project. They want to check your technical knowledge and how well you communicate, so talk clearly, stay organized, and show you're keen to learn.
