I applied online and got contacted about a week later. I had an interview with HR. Setting up the interview process was really difficult because communication was terrible. I responded to a follow-up email and heard nothing for two weeks. I followed up twice, and after two full weeks, they told me they had moved on to another candidate without even scheduling a second interview for me.

This place has some really high expectations, and they want a transcript and references. Plus, they insist on a two-year commitment, which is a bit much. You usually chat with HR and then one or two managing partners. They might throw in some random questions, but they're pretty friendly. I got the vibe they did a ton of pre-screening and were hunting for candidates with basically impossible qualifications for the salary they're offering.

  • Can you share your previous experiences and explain your interest in law and immigration?
  • What are your past experiences and why are you interested in law and immigration?

The interview process was very straightforward. You'll get an email with a Zoom link for the interview. Then you meet with the interviewer. The interview isn't intense and the company has a really good vibe.
