I applied online and got contacted about a week later. I had an interview with HR. Setting up the interview process was really difficult because communication was terrible. I responded to a follow-up email and heard nothing for two weeks. I followed up twice, and after two full weeks, they told me they had moved on to another candidate without even scheduling a second interview for me.

This place has some really high expectations, and they want a transcript and references. Plus, they insist on a two-year commitment, which is a bit much. You usually chat with HR and then one or two managing partners. They might throw in some random questions, but they're pretty friendly. I got the vibe they did a ton of pre-screening and were hunting for candidates with basically impossible qualifications for the salary they're offering.

They asked a lot of questions about my past. Some were a bit personal. They really wanted to make sure I knew how many hours I'd be working each day. We also talked about benefits. The first and second interviews were both panel interviews. The interviewers didn't have great body language, which made me a little uncomfortable. One of them didn't even shake my hand when she first introduced herself. They seemed uninterested when we met in person for the second interview, but that might just be how things are in this industry. It wasn't all bad, but I'm glad I didn't get the job offer.
