I was interviewing for an intern position. I went straight to a back-to-back interview with the HM and another member of the team who asked me behavioural + data questions.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I did not have a good experience interviewing with Chime. Midway through, the interviewer told me I was a bad interviewee and that I was not answering questions well and seemed nervous. I might have been a bit nervous, but it was unprofessional to say that. The interviewer had only been in the hiring manager role for two weeks and couldn't answer my questions about Chime's culture. I suggest Chime provide interview training for their hiring managers and ensure they've been in their role for at least a month. I won't apply to Chime again.

Behavioral Technical

I got referred for the position. The process included an initial chat with the recruiter and the hiring manager. Then, there were four interviews with people I would be working with, followed by another meeting with the hiring manager. The interviews focused on behavioral and experiential questions. I found that dedicating significant preparation time was highly beneficial. My overall experience was positive. The recruiter was excellent with communication, promptly scheduling calls and responding to emails, which was a refreshing change from my usual experiences.
