My first contact was with a recruiter on LinkedIn. She had actually reached out a year before, but I didn't respond. This time she contacted me again and we set up an interview. It wasn't a great interview, she mostly just asked about things already on my resume, which was a bit of a letdown. Then I had to do an English test online where you had to record a 1-minute video answering a question. The second interview was with the team, with standard questions, nothing really stood out. The manager mentioned she liked to closely monitor what each analyst and intern did, which made me lose interest in the role due to the micromanagement.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process had three steps: a recruiter screen, an interview with the team lead, and a take-home assignment. The process felt smooth, and the recruiting team was nice and responsive. But, a few days after I spent a whole day on the assignment and sent it in, I got a generic rejection email with no explanation. I politely asked for feedback, but never heard back. It was strange how attentive they were during the interviews, and then just silence afterwards.
