First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Chico's FAS.
Intern
I went through two phone interviews. The first was a screening with HR, and the second was with the Department Head. Everyone was really nice and approachable. The questions were pretty straightforward, and they tried to build a connection even though it was just a phone call. I got an offer call two days after talking to the Department Head.
- What makes you interested in working for Chico's FAS?
Intern
I applied, and then I got a call about 2 days later. The HR person asked me about my resume and also asked a couple of questions about my background. It was a smooth conversation. I applied for the Intern position for the summer.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Intern
The interview process was really comfortable. I interviewed with the department head, and we talked about my interests. It was structured like a typical interview, starting with a 'tell me about yourself' type of question. The interviewer was very friendly and made me feel at ease.
