Customer Service Representative
It was a standard interview, the managers did a good job assessing their clients. It was a fair and honest interview, I didn't need to study or anything, just have a little knowledge of the company.

Did a video call interview with a contractor and then a supervisor from chicos. They had me do a mic trial as if I was shopping with a customer. It was a pretty easy interview, and I was the only one who showed up to the zoom call group interview.

First, there's a quick computer aptitude test. If you don't pass that, it's over, but if you know the basics, you should be fine. They're looking for someone who's easy to talk to and has an eager personality. They don't require any experience as long as you're not afraid to talk to strangers and use computers, you should get the job.
