First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Chick-fil-A Restaurants.

It was a really easy and fast interview, lasting about 15 minutes. They asked a few questions about my availability and about me. It was super easy, no stress at all. To make a good impression, dress appropriately and be professional. I also talked about why I was interested in working for the company.
- Can you tell me about your biggest weakness?

The first interview went really well, and I felt like I met all the requirements and then some. They scheduled me for a second interview, which they called a 'group' interview, but it ended up being a one-on-one meeting instead. It was kind of awkward and uncomfortable, and I felt like my appearance was being judged. I later found out the company is family-owned and Christian, and they view tattoos negatively, considering them sinful and associating people with them as bad.
- In your own words, what is quality?

You'll meet with the hiring manager at a restaurant, and they'll ask you a variety of questions based on what they value. For example, they'll ask about a time you showed excellence.
- Can you share an instance where you demonstrated excellence?
