Team Leader
It was a simple, basic get-to-know-you kind of interview. They asked about my best and worst qualities and my availability. It was pretty straightforward. I was also told it would be good to have some questions ready for them, like about how the team's work flows or about breaks.
- Can you tell me about your strongest and weakest traits related to your work ethic?
Team Leader
First there were some videos about the company founder and serving others, then an online application. After that, we had a group interview. Then I got an email to come in for individual interviews. The first was with some sort of director or owner, focusing on equations and technical skills. They asked a lot about my history, values, and important things in my life. After that, I went to HR to fill out papers and try on a uniform device for serving with a sole.
- What's the very first thing someone notices about a person when they interact?
- What are your values?
- What are the important things in your life?
Team Leader
So there are 2 rounds for the interview. The first one is behaviour based, with standard interview questions. The second round is more resume based, asking about your experience and customer service.
- What does customer service mean to you?
