It was a pretty easy interview process. They asked a lot about leadership and my interest in CFA's mission and vision. I think it would be beneficial if you brought up past leadership experiences and ideas you've had.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. It took about a week to receive an invite to the first stage, and then another week for the next stage. The first round was a group-style interview, and the next was individual-based. This might change based on store operators.

It was an easy interview process and I met good people. The person interviewing me was very easy to talk to. The environment was very clean and comfortable. I'd recommend this place to anyone! I also worked there for years and loved it!
