You apply in store first, then you have an interview with the hiring manager where you talk about your skills. In the interview, you'll meet the hiring manager and some other people from the team. You should be ready to talk about your application, your school history, and any jobs, volunteer work, or leadership roles you've had before.
- What makes you want to work at this place?
- Can you tell me about your skills?
- What about your staff application?

The interview process was pretty simple. The hiring manager I spoke to was respectful and nice. The questions asked were pretty base line. If you have an upcoming interview with them, I would say just smile and prove that you aren't crazy and are capable of doing general work.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Cashier
The interview covered basic customer service questions, like asking about my strengths, weaknesses, and qualities. The interviewer seemed a bit stressed and more focused on training me rather than asking about my background or experiences. I think this might be because I have prior customer service experience.
- Can you describe a situation where you effectively diffused a tense moment with an unhappy customer?
- What are your greatest strengths?
- What are your weaknesses?
