Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Chick-fil-A Restaurants.
Director
My interview was rescheduled by the interviewer due to travel. It was moved to June 16, 2025. Around June 7, the location got a new Owner-Operator, just two days after she got married to someone she met at work. I was interviewed by her Mom, who also worked for Chick-Fil-A in Atlanta and came down to help her daughter. It was a hectic time for the family with everything going on. I had a great interview, but I never heard back.

Director
The communication throughout the process was clear and straightforward. I felt that my input was valued and they were genuinely interested in how I could contribute to the company's success. This company seems like a great place to work, especially for those seeking entry-level opportunities while managing their studies.
- What makes you believe you are a suitable candidate for this position?
Director
I started as a team member and then it just naturally came up about promotions. You can speak to the operator about promotions based on years of service and dedication. I know some people have been hired directly as directors.
