It was a pretty easy and general interview that lasted about 30 minutes. It seemed like a good working environment. They asked about my previous experience and my availability for work. They also gave a general overview of how the restaurant process works.

The interview first one was on the phone, the second one was in a group setting, and the last one was 1 on 1. Very easy, just be ready to do anything. If you're returning back to the corporation, they might ask you to do a couple of stations in the restaurant.
