I applied through my school's career center. They got back to me about a week after I applied. The first interview was in person, and the interviewer was super nice. It was all math and stats. Then, I was one of only two people picked out of thirteen from my school to go to Chicago for the final round. There were six interviews in the morning, and then a case study and a mock trading game in the afternoon. The interviews were a mix of fit and technical.
