The recruiter I spoke with was super positive and upfront about everything. The interview process itself was long, but it felt like they asked different things each time, so it wasn't boring. The team was really open and honest, and by the end, I felt like I had all my questions answered and knew exactly what the job would be like. They're big on feedback and were really encouraging the whole way through.

I applied on the company website after a friend referred me. I found a job I loved and applied. My recruiter contacted me and we started the process. It was tough because the hiring managers and team leads were busy, but I was flexible. I thought the interviews went well, and everyone liked my experience and drive. The recruiter and hiring managers made me think I had the job, but I waited 3 weeks after the final interview for them to say I wasn't selected because I wasn't a Sales Manager (I was an assistant manager, but okay). They suggested I apply for a Business Analyst role. The recruiter apologized and offered to help, then ghosted me. The BA job was filled, and I was rejected. Now they've called me back for an inside sales job, which seems to ignore my experience. The company culture doesn't seem special. My advice is just to be careful during interviews.

I had a recruiter call from Lindsey from the Fort Lauderdale office about my application. She explained the job and I remembered it sounded awesome. Lindsey explained and I seemed to gain a understanding of the position very quickly. I had a really nice, personable conversation with Lindsey which only made me more excited about the opportunity and we set up a more formal interview for the next day where I had a zoom call with her. She asked questions about my experience, what I was looking for in a job, etc. and left time for me to ask about the company and the position. Since our conversation went well she invited me to the next step of the interview process which was to be on a zoom call with all the candidates from FL and NC. The beginning was a little intimidating because everyone was on there together, I had questions prepared in advance to ask the 2 team leads I got to interview with one on one. I had great conversations with them and they asked the same questions and I found it interesting I was able to answer with more than one past experience when I was asked again. We were told in the beginning that we would hear back 24-48 hours after the interview. About 5 or 6 hours later Lindsey called and asked how I felt about the interview and I said I really hoped they liked me because I really like the company and it seems like the perfect job for me and mentioned that if she had offered me the job I would accept and she responded saying she did have a offer for me. I am so excited to be with Weatherby Healthcare and be a part of all CHG has to offer.
