Recruiter
The interview process involves a group exercise, which felt like something for toddlers. There's a distinct lack of urgency in their operations. They sometimes have a sushi chef come in, and if you're part of the inner circle, you get to eat with the company's top people. If you like bowling and softball, this might be the place for you.
- How many professional interactions are needed to finalize terms, consider factors, and close a deal?

The people in the office seemed like best friends, and the interviews were super personable and laid back. I felt like I could really be myself. It was a great interview process, but sadly, that vibe didn't carry over once I got the job. The whole interview process felt like it took forever. Maybe this was because I first interviewed for a non-sales job, but after they saw my background, they offered me a sales role with a higher base pay. So, I had to interview with the sales team management after meeting with the non-sales management. I met so many people, it was hard to keep track of who was who and what they did.
- Were you worried that I did not have enough backbone to follow up with co-workers on certain things? Do you think you have the tough skin needed for this position?
Associate Recruiter
The interview process was great! Liz Tobin was my talent acquisition specialist and made the whole process so easy and fun. The process is as follows: 30 minute phone call, 30 minute zoom call, role play phone call, zoom meeting with the leaders, and zoom meeting two directors. Everyone throughout the whole process was so welcoming and made what would be a hard situation so easy and enjoyable. I can't wait to start my new career!
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
- What interests you about this particular role?
- What makes you the ideal candidate for this position?
