Applied, then got a grammar/customer service test. Got a call back 2 days later for a short phone interview where they asked about my resume and day-to-day job routines, and why I'd be a good fit. She said she'd be in touch in 1-2 weeks. I called to follow up at the 2-week mark and she called me back the next day for an in-person interview. It was stressful, but she was down-to-earth and easy to talk to. She said she'd be in touch within the next week. She called 2 days later to say I didn't get the job, but suggested I look out for other positions that might be a better fit.

The interview process started with a phone screening where we went over the job requirements. I was told I'd hear back by the end of the week for an in-person meeting. This 45-minute meeting felt a bit unusual; the interviewer read questions from a screen and typed notes as I spoke, sometimes asking me to repeat things because he couldn't type fast enough. He mentioned I might have met the 'higher ups' that day, but it was too late. He said he'd call the next week to set up a 3-hour interview with them. I felt pretty good about it. But the following week, he called to say they decided to go with someone else. It was disappointing because I thought I was a good fit.

I applied online and after two days got an email to do a grammar & spelling test. A week later, I had a quick phone interview and then scheduled an in-person interview for two days after that. The interviewer seemed inexperienced and asked questions from a worksheet. They mentioned that both Administrative Coordinator and Assignment Coordinator roles are considered 'lead' positions. They were interviewing for multiple openings and wanted to see where I might fit in.
