They reached out within a week after I applied. First was an initial screening interview. Then, I had a second interview with someone who had worked in the same position and the manager of the division. They asked direct questions. I had prepared by researching the company, its culture, and goals. I inquired about the start date, and they mentioned they were hiring for a growth position and wouldn't decide for another 1-2 months. I thought the interview went well. Later, I learned the company was closing one of its main travel RN divisions. That same week, I was told they weren't moving forward with the position.

The process was multi-step to get to the actual interview. First, there was the CCAT test (I really suggest studying for it and figuring out the best way for you to take it). Then I had to do 2 videos: one about the role and another to show my presentation skills. After that, there was an English speaking test and some written answers about selling to Enterprises. I thought these parts were fair enough (as far as I could tell), but it was hard not to get any feedback from whoever was scoring. Like, was the hiring manager watching all the videos, or were different people grading them and the written answers? It's impossible to know. The interviews themselves were only 30 minutes, which wasn't really enough time to get to know someone well, and the questions felt superficial. They were direct, though. After my second interview, I was told the job was filled. I'm pretty sure I know where I went wrong (maybe if the interview was longer than 20 minutes it would have gone better?). But I probably won't get feedback because of how the process works. The two people I interviewed with seemed smart and were respectful.

Behavioral Presentation

Be prepared to spend a lot of time (2-4 weeks) shadowing, and being flattered for a position that you will most likely not get. The pretense is great, you will meet with managers, recruiters, and credentialing staff, move from office to office (15 miles apart), and be told you are a perfect fit, to the point of turning down other positions because you are the perfect fit... only to be emailed a week later to read: 'We have gone with someone with more experience.' Unless they are from CHG, there can't be more experienced.
