Fulfillment Associate
The hiring process was super quick and simple. When I got there, I signed in for the hiring event and they showed me to a waiting room. After a little bit, they called me in to talk one-on-one with the hiring manager. They asked me stuff about my past and previous jobs, plus some behavioral questions. After I did good in the interview, they gave me a drug test and took my photo. Then I was done and just had to wait to hear about what's next.
- What steps would you take if you saw a safety hazard at work?
Warehouse Associate
So I went to this open interview slot, and wow, lots of people were there. They took us on a warehouse tour first. Then, we watched a video, and after that, it was just waiting for a virtual interview with someone. It was pretty busy that day, so I ended up waiting for a couple of hours.
- Can you share your past work experiences?
- What strengths have you shown in your previous roles?
Warehouse Associate
The interview was pretty quick and easy, mostly over the phone. They asked a lot of questions about my previous work experience and my background history. The questions weren't too hard. It felt laid back, at least the person who interviewed me. They seemed to really appreciate it when I asked them questions and engaged in the conversation.
- Can you tell me about your background experience and how it relates to this role?
