The interview process was a 5-hour marathon, all back-to-back. The site director was rude and acted like a god. The HR manager was nice, but the rest of the team was not who I'd want to work with. Honestly, they did me a favor by showing me this dumpster fire of a company.

There were 3 interview rounds. The first was a recruiter call, then a phone screen with the Regional Operations Manager, and finally an onsite interview with 4 managers, including the GM. The first round was a quick recruiter call with standard behavioral questions. It felt rushed and didn't offer much value. The second round, with a regional manager who oversaw multiple buildings, was a great conversation. They asked relevant questions, and I felt I gave good answers. It was a positive experience that made up for the first round. The last round was onsite at a fulfillment center with round-robin interviews with HR, the AGM, and the GM. These were pretty standard, but the HR interview was the most valuable, with really thought-provoking questions and discussions.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • How would you go about communicating changes that affect multiple shifts and the entire building?
  • What's your strategy for ensuring all shifts are aligned and on board when a change impacts everyone?
