The interview process was pretty simple. First, I talked with the hiring manager, and then there was a panel interview where they asked behavioral questions. They really like the STAR method, just like they do at Amazon. It turns out a bunch of the hiring team used to work at Amazon.

Got contacted by the recruiter a day or two after applying. Scheduled a recruiter call, which was easy but the wait was long, a few weeks. After the recruiter call, things moved fast. Interviewed the next day with two hiring managers about Chewy's operating principles and behavioral questions about leadership. The recruiter called the next day to say I was moving to a panel interview the following Friday. Got helpful prep info and a $25 Uber Eats voucher for lunch, which was awesome. The panel interview also had questions about operating principles, with three people on video. This was a Friday, and the recruiter called Monday to set up a meeting for Tuesday morning. Got the offer Tuesday and accepted same day! Overall a positive experience. The initial wait for the recruiter was the hardest part, but from there it was less than two weeks from screen to offer.

I first chatted with the recruiters at a school career fair, and they asked me some stuff about my resume. A few days later, I had a phone interview with one of them. Then, I got invited to their headquarters for an interview day. They flew us all out, which was cool. We got a tour with some other candidates, and then I had my interview. It was a panel with three people. After the interview, we all went to dinner and chatted more with the recruiters. It was a really positive experience, and I felt like it was a great place to work!
