The hiring process normally kicks off with a screening call to check basic fit, then a manager looks over your experience. After that, there's a take-home test to see how you handle technical or analytical tasks. If you pass that, you'll have a virtual onsite interview where you'll meet the team and talk about what the job entails. This is often followed by an in-person onsite interview for a more thorough check on your cultural fit and job skills. If everything looks good, the last step is an offer. Each part is made to check if you're qualified, fit the company, and can do well in the job.

I applied for the FC Analyst 3 role in Feb 2023 via LinkedIn. The recruiter contacted me and set up the interviews. In the first round, the interviewer mentioned they might offer an FC Analyst 1 position based on my experience. I passed both rounds easily. The next day, the recruiter discussed salary, RSUs, and location. I thought I got the job, but I haven't heard back since. At least they should call to let candidates know the outcome. Ghosting after discussing terms is not acceptable.
