I got an email saying they wanted to proceed, and I should expect an assessment in a separate email, but it never arrived. After I contacted someone there, I got a generic rejection email a few hours later. I suppose it's for the best since they couldn't even explain their messy process or why they sent the initial 'want to move forward' email. It seems like hiring isn't being handled competently.

You'll face scenario-based problem-solving questions. Imagine you're juggling multiple things, and suddenly an urgent situation pops up – how do you deal with it? What if a customer is upset and frustrated? How do you calm them down? Or you see a mistake that could mess things up – what’s your move? If your team has a miscommunication that causes a delay, how do you fix it? And if you get a task you’ve never done before with not much time, what's your plan?

It was an easy interview. They really emphasized putting customers first and that attendance during the 4-week training is super important. If you miss too much, you could get fired or have to retake the whole training. The training itself can be a bit repetitive, like doing the same thing over and over, but the actual job is simple. You might just find it boring because the work is very repetitive.
