I talked to recruiters at the Carter fair and they invited me for an interview on campus the next day. The interviewers were nice and asked some behavioral questions. I got an offer about a year after that.

The interview process was terrible. The interviewer didn't seem sociable or interested. I wouldn't recommend Chevron Phillips. Find a better company.

I first talked to a recruiter at my university's career fair. After a quick chat on campus, they invited me to Houston for an on-site interview. They took me out for dinner the night before, breakfast the next morning, and lunch. At each meal, two engineers joined us and chatted about the city, the plant, and other things. I had 6 interviews that day. The interviewers were friendly and really emphasized safety at the plant, unlike some other companies where they just focus on their notes. Make sure to have examples ready where you followed company procedures even when coworkers or management pushed you to do otherwise.
