I spoke with CP Chem at a career fair and they called me the same night about an interview for the next day. This first interview was one-on-one and pretty chill, with the interviewer sharing their experiences. Less than a week later, an HR person from the site contacted me to set up a phone interview. About two weeks after that, I had the phone interview, which was a panel. It was also pretty relaxed, they talked about their backgrounds and seemed really interested in learning about me. The very next day, they called and extended an offer. I was really impressed with how they made sure the company would be a good fit for me.

The interview was pretty laid-back and felt like a chat. Two people interviewed me, and I think they try to pick interviewers who align with your interests. They were really friendly.
